Bangladeshi talented cricketer Towhid Hridoy was born on 4th December 2000, in  Bogra District, Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh, His full name is Md Towhid Hridoy, And is primarily known for playing international, State level cricket, and BPL Franchise cricket. He started playing domestic Cricket in 2017 and International cricket in 2023.

Hridoy is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler. He was initially picked up by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for the U-19 team and made his debut for the team in December 2018. He impressed everyone with his skills and quickly established himself as a key player in the team.

And then he made List A debut on 05 February 2018 in the match of Prime DSC vs Shinepukur at Fatullah. And he has got a chance to play 49 List A matches so far, in which he has scored 1742 runs with the help of one century and 15 half-centuries. And his best batting stats is 122* in List A Cricket matches.

Hridoy continued to impress with his performances in domestic cricket and was soon called up to the Bangladesh national team for their tour of England in 2023. He made his debut in the T20I on 09 March 2023 in the match of Bangladesh vs England at Chattogram.

Following his impressive performances in the U-19 World Cup and country club cricket, For the first time Hridoy was picked up by the Sylhet Sixers in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) in 2019. And then, He was picked up by Sylhet Strikers for the 2023 season, and currently, he is a part of the same team in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
