Dev Mohan is an Indian actor and model. He has worked in Malayalam Cinema, featuring in movies such as Sufiyum Sujatayum and Panthrandu. He made his debut in Telugu cinema in 2023 through the mythological drama film Shaakuntalam.
On 18th September 1992, Dev Mohan was born into a Hindu middle-class family in Thrissur, Kerala. He completed his schooling at Technical High School, Thrissur and went on to study Mechanical Engineering at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, Thrissur. While there, he launched his modelling career. In 2016, he entered the Peter England Mr. India 2016 contest in Mumbai and was a finalist.

Career
Mohan gained recognition for his title role as Sufi in 2020’s Sufiyum Sujatayum, released on Amazon Prime, where Lohesh Balachandran of The India Today praised his and Aditi Rao Hydari’s performance. Following this, he starred in the Malayalam movie Pulli. In 202., he starred in the Telugu movie Shaakuntalam opposite Samantha as Dushyanta.
His first movie with a theatrical release was 2022’s Malayalam movie Panthrandu, where a critic noted that despite looking good in this action thriller, he “didn’t strike the chord he did in his debut romantic role in Sufiyum Sujathayum”.
