Pearle Maaney made her acting debut appearing in the TV show ‘Yes Jukebox’ which she hosted 250 episodes on the Malayalam television channel India vision. Then she hosted a travel-based cookery TV show ‘Taste of Kerala’ under the stage name Serah on Amrita TV. In 2014, The actress started hosting the popular dance reality D 4 Dance on Mazhavil Manorama. She also hosted session 2 on Kaumudy TV. In 2018, Pearle participated in the first season of the reality show Bigg Boss on Asianet and move out as the runner-up. One year later she started an online business.
In 2013, Pearle Maaney made her Malayalam debut film Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi which she played the role a biker girl. The actress worked in various Malayalam films such as The Last Supper, Njaan, Loham, Jo, and the Boy. She made her Telugu debut film Kalyana Vaibhogame in 2016.
