Orgyen tobgyal Rinpoche also called Tulku Ugyen Topgyal is a lama of Tibetan Buddhism was born in 1951 in the region Nangchen, located in Kham in eastern Tibet, but also a film actor and deputy of the Tibetan Parliament in exile.

Early life
Orgyen Tobgyal was born in 1951 in the region of Nangchen, located in Kham in eastern Tibet. He is the son of three e neten chokling Rinpoche, and the elder brother Jamyang Gyaltsen, Khyentse Yeshe Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul . Before 1959, he joined Sikkim, leaving Tibet with his parents. In 1967, 3 e neten choking Rinpoche began to establish a Tibetan settlement at Bir in the Himachal Pradesh, northeast India. Tragically, he died in a car accident in 1973, on the road from Delhi to Bir.
Career
Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche then took care of the Pema Ewam Monastery Chögar Gyurme Ling, his father’s monastery in Bir.
The reincarnation of his father, ten chokings was born August 10, 1973, at Wangdue Phodrang in Bhutan, and was recognized both by the 16 th Karmapa and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. At the age of seven, he was brought to Pema Ewam Monastery Chögar Gyurme Ling in Bir .
Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche participated in the training of his father’s young reincarnation, before transmitting in 2004 the full responsibility of the monastery.
Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche received the Buddhist teachings of Dzongsar Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, with whom he visited the West 1. He taught for the first time at Chanteloube in Dordogne.
From 2004 to 2006, Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche also went to Tibet twice to rebuild the monastery of his father, Neten Gön.
Orgyen tobgyal Rinpoche was elected Member of the Tibetan Parliament in exile for the region Kham, from 1994 to 1996 and was reelected in 2001 and 2006 participants in 13 th and 14 th Meetings of the Tibetan Parliament and it is said that he is an excellent speaker.
He is also an actor and played the role of Geko (monastery discipline master) in The Cup ( Phörpa ) in 1999, a film by Khyentse Norbu. In 2006, he played in the first film of his father Milarepa: The Path of Happiness ( Milarepa ), in which he is also the artistic director.
