Marcos Aoas Correa professionally known as Marquinhos is a Brazilian professional football player who plays for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain, whom he captains, and the Brazil national team as a defender. He started playing football for the youth team of Corinthians in 2002 and began his career at the club. In the summer of 2012, he was scouted and signed by Italian Serie A giants AS Roma. He was a regular in his only season as Roma reached the Coppa Italia Final.
