Bellinger made his big league debut on the left field on April 25, 2017 against the San Francisco Giants and deliberately walked away with a three-on-one hit. He was the third Dodger player in history to deliberately walk in his debut. Bellinger first major league hit was an infield singles by Neil Ramrez in the ninth inning of the same game. Bellinger made his first major league home run against Philadelphia Philich’s Zach Efflin on 29 April and overtook Hector Neris after hitting his second home run in the same game.
