One year later, the actress appeared in the other Kannada films ‘Vishnu’ and ‘Godfather’. Catherine made her Malayalam debut with the movie ‘The Thriller’ in the role of Meera. In the following year, she acted in the action film ‘Uppukandam Brothers Back in Action’ as Vinila Sathyaneshan. In 2021, the actress works in the Malayalam comedy film ‘Aanenkilum Allenkilum’.
In 2013, Catherine made her Telugu debut with the romantic film ‘Chammak Challo’ as Sunaina. In the following year, the actress acted in the romantic action film ‘Iddarammayilatho’ in which she played the lead role of Akansha alongside Allu Arjun and Amala Paul. For 2022, the actress sign the Telugu movie is ‘Bhala Thandanana’.
The actress made her Tamil debut with the political action drama film ‘Madras’ in 2014 which she played the lead role of Kalaiarasi along with Karthi. In 2016, she acted with Vishal in the Tamil action thriller film ‘Kathakali’. One year later, Catherine appeared in another action drama film ‘Kadmban’ in the role of Rathi.
