Early Life & Education
Bhushan Pathak was born in Barpeta town in a small village named Bishnupur from Assam. His father’s name is Dinesh Pathak and his mother’s name is Nalini Pathak. He lost his father in 2021.
Bhushan Pathak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Assamese Honors from Barpeta College. He studied his schooling at Bara Ninmo Buniyadi School, Bishnupur, and completed his high school at Bhella Higher Secondary school, Barpeta. Bhushan also holds an ITI Fitter Diploma a 2-year vocational course approved by NCVT.
Bhushan Pathak was born into a very poor family background. In his early days of life, he and his family struggled to survive poverty. His father was a small farmer and had a cycle repair store. He early lived in Kuccha House, a house made of Bambo and reed mesh or Ikora. His family couldn’t even afford to fill his schooling exam fee so he went to work as a labor and sometimes sold trees from their houses. Many times they had to sleep on an empty stomach without having food. He struggled a lot from the beginning to make a living. Bhushan was very much interested in cricket in his childhood and in movies, but he didn’t own a TV. So, he went outside to watch it.
Career
Bhushan Pathak started his career in 2010 as a mechanical assistant in a private hospital in Guwahati. Later he was promoted to supervisor. Later he quit that job and started as a freelance journalist in newspapers.
When the Internet started booming in India he started his YouTube Channel Assamese Mixture. Initially focused on entertainment and movies related news and later started interviewing Assamese celebrities and singers.
He also runs a travel Vlog called, “Bhushan Pathak” and a short dramatic channel named BYP.
Personal Life & Philantrophy
Bhushan Pathak lives with his family in Barpeta and has not married yet. Bhutan lost his father in 2021 and living with his mother and elder brother. He loves his mother more than his life and wants to keep her happy at any cost. He believes in spreading happiness by helping people at their worst. Being real in front of the camera is his passion. Currently, he is treating his ill mother from Youtube’s earnings.
In 2020 when the Covid19 hit the world with diseases and the country went on lockdown, Bhukhan came forward and helped the Rishka pullers and hand cart pullers by providing daily essentials groceries with his own money.
