- One day, while he was selling untoasted peanuts (called kacha badam in West Bengal) and other items on the streets, someone heard him singing his song Kacha Badam. The person liked the song very much and requested Bhuban to sing again so that he could record it. The song was then uploaded on social media and within a few days, the song went viral.
