Authorities are investigating a shooting at a Southern California movie theatre that killed an 18-year-old woman and left her friend on life support.
Police say Rylee Goodrich was killed and 19-year-old Anthony Barajas was injured Monday night while watching a screening of “The Forever Purge” at a Corona theatre.

Authorities said the two attended the movie together. However, it was not immediately clear who else was in the theater with them, although records show that a total of six tickets were purchased for that performance.
“We don’t have any suspicious information at this time,” Kouroubacalis said. “We have no information that would lead us to believe that there is an active threat to our community or any surrounding community at this time.”
